How do I book?

It’s easy. Submit a booking request form located on the contact us page. Following submission, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm package selection, price, and event date. Once your booking is confirmed, an invoice for the security deposit will be sent via email to reserve your date. (payment for the security deposit is due within 7 days of booking)

How does the rental process work?

You can leave the hassle to us. We take care of the entire rental process, from delivery to set up and takedown. You can sit back, relax, and watch the joy unfold.

What are the additional fees?

Additional fees will be applied to each package, and are as follows:

  • Security Deposit: $150 (returned following inspection of equipment after event)

  • Travel Fee: $25 fee may be applied depending on event location

  • Cleaning Fee for Indoor Events: $50

  • Cleaning Fee for Outdoor Events: $75

What ages are appropriate for the soft play equipment?

Our soft play packages are best suited for children ages 5 and under.

Can you customize your package?

Certainly! Personalize your soft play setup with our customization options. Whether it’s adding specific ball colors or foam tile flooring colors to match your theme, arranging the equipment in a specific layout, or incorporating unique elements such as custom vinyl decals, we’re here to make your vision a reality.

How do we ensure a safe soft play environment?

At Tumbling Tikes, we prioritize the safety of your little ones. All of our soft play equipment is made from high-quality materials and regularly inspected to guarantee a safe and hygienic play environment. Following each and every event, our equipment undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitation processes.

What is required for outdoor events ?

Our soft play equipment functions best on level freshly cut grass or a flat surface. A shaded area or canopy is required to ensure the equipment doesn’t get too hot while the children are at play. We can provide a canopy for an additional fee if one is needed. If the forecast calls for rain at any time during the event, the soft play equipment must be set up indoors. If there is no indoor area available, we offer to reschedule our services within 12 months of the original event date.
